Accessing Pay Now

Pay Now can be accessed by clients in several ways, outlined below:

When sending an invoice directly to a client using Tranch’s Send Invoice feature, your team has the ability to select payment options available to the client for paying that invoice. If Pay Now is included, it will appear as a payment type for the client.

Paying via Bank

In order to complete a Pay Now payment, clients will need to either connect a bank account via our secure banking partner Plaid, or input their banking details manually.

Connecting Banking via Plaid

Tranch connects bank accounts through our secure payment connection partner Plaid, an easy and secure way to connect banking without requiring the manual input of bank account information. You can learn more about Plaid by visiting their website here.

To initiate a Plaid connection, clients can select ‘Authenticated Payment’ from the toggle and when ready, click ‘Connect New Bank’ to open the Plaid connection module.
