Tranch has migrated to a new credit card processor in Adyen, offering greater control, flexibility, and reliability to partners and their clients.
The client experience after this changeover is almost entirely the same as it was previously. Tranch has worked diligently to ensure that clients don’t notice any difference in the payment process, including securely transferring saved cards into the new system so clients will not need to re-input saved details for their next payment.
The new client experience remains largely unchanged.
Tranch’s new processor means greater control, flexibility, and reliability. Tranch now has even greater ability to manage payments, process transactions, and provide payment support to Tranch partners and their clients. As of October 9th, 2024, the transition was completed successfully and without incident. Since the transition, Tranch’s support team has been monitoring payments closely while providing enhanced feedback and support to partners, and are happy to report only positive outcomes across all partners and their clients.
