Follow the steps below to add additional users to your Tranch account.

1. Open the Users Page

In the navigation menu at the left, select and open the ‘Users’ page.

2. Add User

Under the ‘Manage Users’ section at the bottom of the page, find the sub-header titled ‘Add User’ and select the option to ‘click here.’

3. Input User Details

Tranch requires a user’s first and last names, email address, and a phone number in order to be added to the platform. The email address supplied will be used to send the user’s invite link for onboarding to Tranch.

Please note for security reasons you are only able to add users with the same domain name as your account. For example, if you are [email protected] you will only be able to invite anyone with an @servicesinc.com email address. For any 3rd party user you wish to be added, contact [email protected].

4. Send Invite

Once the user’s details have been entered, click ‘Add User’ at the bottom. The user will receive an email to their inbox asking them to accept their Tranch invitation and create their Tranch account.
